If you wish to become a top earner, you need a way to promote to thousands of people- not just to the small number of friends and family network marketers are taught to approach.

You absolutely need to learn the #1 skill of all top earners: marketing to massive numbers of people at a time.

Here are 3 ways top earners dominate today:

- Solve Your Attrition Problem

More than 80 percent of the people in your BeachBody organization will quit the business within the first year. BeachBody business builders are taught two tactics to boost retention, but each strategy creates other problems.

1) Method one is to assist new BeachBody distributors to make money right away, so they get an early taste of success and want to stick around. When you attempt to help EVERY new BeachBody rep in your organization get into profit quickly, you spend LOTS of time helping your worst-performing new reps, the people who can't sponsor anyone by themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your BeachBody downline that will drive 80% of all your income. Spending most of your time on the weakest 20% of your people just fosters dependency.

2) The other common approach is get your BeachBody team members to feel connected to your team, so the interpersonal connections and sense of belonging the person feels overcomes frustrations that might otherwise make them quit. Live team events, BeachBody team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This approach takes up time and can also make your people dependent on you. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team...But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into BeachBody and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You're a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. This diversifies your income and makes you less dependent on your downline for revenue. Attrition becomes a smaller problem when you rely less on your BeachBody downline for residual income. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like BeachBody pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. When you earn $800+ per sign up, you effectively earn 2-3 years worth of residuals up front, regardless whether your new signup endures for 6 days or 6 years. This approach makes attrition almost irrelevant to your business!

- Increase Your Immediate Income

People promoting opportunities like BeachBody dedicate much too much time to creating income that won't pay off for years to come. As a result, they end up spending much too little time generating revenue in the here and now. These networkers leave a lot of money on the table.

Having a big residual check comes from having a huge organization. But only a tiny handful of network marketers ever create a large downline.

You're going to have to keep rebuilding your organization because ninety percent of your people are going to quit within twelve months! It's a fools game to spend all your energy and time trying to build a huge downline.

You can earn a lot more by increasing the money you make n the short term. Maximize the income earned in the first three months a new rep or a new customer joins your downline.

There's two basic places you earn income in the short term:

Market affiliate products such as training and systems to network marketers. Earn affiliate commissions on the sale pf these products. Profit from the 95% of people who do not join your network marketing business.

Another source of immediate income is the commission you earn from sponsoring people into a high ticket opportunity. Network marketing opportunities such as BeachBody usually pay $50-$100 each time you sponsor a rep.

It's significantly more profitable to market an opportunity that pays commissions of $1,000 or more per signup. Market a product line that's priced higher and which pays high end commissions. You will make much more money in the short term.

- Publish Instructional Content

Growing a BeachBody venture on the Internet is not like building a BeachBody offline. Offline, you can approach friends and family who already know you. A lot of these people will listen out of respect because they already know you.

On the Internet, no one knows who you are! On the internet, if you lead with your business opportunity, most people won't listen.

You've got to establish credibility and make it clear:

- You are a real and likeble person

- You can assist others to succeed in their businesses

- You possess skills, knowledge or talents you can teach

Online, people join business opportunities like BeachBody because:

- The person sees a video, blog post, Facebook post or email that teaches them something useful to their business

- They read more articles and watch other videos by the content producer.

- They start to regard the content publisher as an authority

- The person makes a business decision to align with the content publisher and join their business

Sending emails and publishing spammy content about how awesome your network marketing company is will only annoy people. Publishing content that teaches network marketers how to grow a successful business is the only proven way to build on the Internet.

Stop leading with your BeachBody opportunity. Create blog posts, videos and other content that instructs network marketers how to grow their businesses. You must adopt the position of trainer or trusted authority.
