When we talk about salads, a fruit salad can be the best dish for an early morning treat. Fresh fruits can be a good start to a day. If you want to incorporate more flavors to the salad then opt for a yoghurt dressing. You can add plain yoghurt or you can add favored yoghurt to your salad, depending on your choice.
